To be buried in the churchyard there or elsewhere. To my son William all lands called Gooches in Fressingfelde [Fressingfield, Suffolk] and [other] lands there. To my son Jefferye £20, four milch kine, and a hefker [heifer]. To my son Thomas £10, four able milch kine, and a hefker. Residue of my cattle; horse. and "neate" to my son William. To my son William such stuff as belongs to my "Dayer" [? dairy] house, with the greatest milk pan, a trevett [trivet], a pair of querns, a stepinge [? steeping] tub, and "a hayer for a kill," and also all my husbandry things, carts, plow, tumbrel, corn, and hay. To my son Thomas my worst feather bed and things thereto and two sheets. To my son Thomas's eldest daughter, Mary Fiske, my godchild, 5 marks at her marriage. To my son Jefferye a one-fourth part of my household stuff, linen, and woollen. To my son William the rest of my household stuff, linen, and woollen. To my godson Francis Fiske 6s. 8d. If my son Thomas make any claim on lands, then his legacies are to be void. Executors: my son William and my brother Thomas Fiske of Stradbrooke [Stradbroke, Suffolk]. Witnesses: William Collman, Jafferye Hacnye of Stradbrooke, otherwise called Wiet.
