Will of Nicholas Fiske senior of Laxfield, yeoman, 4 July 1621

Elizabeth my wife shall have the use of my posted bedstead as it standeth belonging to the messuage or tenement wherein I do now inhabit, with the feather-bed apparel and furniture thereto belonging for the term of her life, and after her decease I give the same unto John Fiske my son. To Nicholas Fiske my son my posted bedstead whereon he usually lieth with the feather-bed furniture and apparel thereunto belonging, to be delivered to him presently after my decease. My exor. shall receive my debts and pay my debts and bring me honestly to the ground. The rest of my goods and chattels as well movable as not movables, household stuff cattle debts duties implements and utensils whatsoever yet unbequeathed I give unto the said John Fiske my son towards the payment of my debts and legacies and the performance of my will, and I constitute the said John my sole exor.
