To wife Elizabeth, all messuages, tenements, lands, meadows, pastures, common ways, feedings and hereditaments in Chepenhall, Fressingfield; all of which testator had of uncle John Fiske of Cratfield, yeoman. Wife to have these for ever, and to pay out of these lands (if testator have no issue by her or the issue being dead) to the three children of testator's brother-in-law Richard Spalding, namely Richard, Edward & Nathaniel £20 each (after the death of testator's uncle the said John Fiske), when they be 21. If they die before receiving their legacy, then benefit of survivorship to apply. Also the said Elizabeth, if there be no issue, to pay out to Lawrence Tillott, the son of testator's brother-in-law John Tillott £20 in like manner. Payment of these sums to be made in the aforesaid messuage in Fressingfield. Further, if testator has issue, and if that issue have issue, then no payments to be made to the previously mentioned persons. Wife Elizabeth to be executrix.
