To the repair of that church 10s. To the repair of the church of Randham [Rendham, Suffolk], where I was born, 10s. To the poor 40s. My wife Johanne is to have, for life, her free dwelling in the tenement wherein I now dwell, 20 nobles a year £10 come two years after my decease, a silver and gilt salt, six silver spoons, household stuff including my cupboard in the hall, the countertable with the "state" in the hall, the flat hutch in the coller [soler], and all the hangings in the house where I now dwell; and she is to release all her right in my lands. To Thos. Stalworthye the Younger, Rachaell, Margery, and John Stalworthye, the children of Thos. Stalworthye the Elder and Margerye, my daughter, 5 marks each, at twenty-one. To my godson Robt. Cole, son of John Cole and Alice, his wife, £10., and to Magdelyn and John, their other children, 5 marks each at twenty-one. To Richard Marten, son of Robert Marten, 20s., and to every the residue of his children 6s. 8d., at twenty-one.
