8 Sept. 16 Henry VII [1500]. At Laxfield. William Noyse of Laxfield grants to John Fiske, son of Simon Fiske, Nicholas Smyth, Thomas Fyske and William Blynde, all of Laxfield, a messuage called Hurleychys in Laxfield together with two adjacent closes and a piece of land belonging thereto lying in the close late of Robert Cone, seven acres more or less bounded East on Sir John Wingfield Knt. now in the tenure of John Cryspe, West on said Wingfield now in the tenure of John Barwere, North on Turrypestrete, South on John Cryspe, which premises I had with William Barwere, and Thomas Smyth of Laxfield, deceased, by feoffment of John Noloth, William Balston, Nicholas Noloth of Laxfield, John Fiske of Eye, the elder*, and John Fiske aforesaid of Laxfield, the younger, as by a charter at Laxfield dated 16 June 15 Edward IV [1475]. Noyse appoints Robert Crispe alias Barker his attorney to give seisin to the grantees.
