The Will of THOMAS FYSK of Badyngham, yeoman,
dated at Badyngham 14 September 1488.

My wife "amnes" is to have her dwelling in my place "clepyd Dynnors," the parlour at the overend of my hall, with a little garden ground, and 6s. 8d. a year for life, and also one-half of my household stuff. To my son Wylliam my tenement called "pommanys." "I will that oldyr John my son" have Dynnors and one-half of my household stuff. To "yonger John hys brythyrne & systerin," to each of them 40s. If the "forsayd John my sun" be not able to pay it and 20s a year for my priest, the tenement and goods are to be sold, the said John is to have 5 marks. Executors: "my true & faithful attornayse," my trusty "neve" [i.e. nephew] Wylliam Fyske, and William Grene. [No witnesses].
