Bargain and Sale from John Sariaunt, Amy his wife and Steven Brendewode to Steven Furmage, in consideration of 34 marks to be paid at the rate of 26 shillings and 8 pence per annum at Easter, of a messuage and 2 crofts lying together of 8½  and 2 pieces of land, one of 2 acres called Barkeres, and one of 1½  acres in the croft of Mawte Calye, to Steven at the Michelmas after the decease of Amy; Steven to pay 12 pence per annum to Amy for her life and fence the above; Amy not to ‘breke’ any land not now ‘broken’ or fell timber.

Grant from Thomas Rose of Barnham, Gent., to Thomas Buckle of Elmswell, Yeoman, and John his son, in performance of an agreement of 20th October 32 Elizabeth [1590], of lands and pastures in Elmswell, viz. a close called Chylderons of 4½ acres, a close called Neweclosse of 1 acre, a piece of ½ acre, late of Francis Chaimers in Three Acre Field, 2½ acres and 1 acre in the same, 1 acre in Towne Feilde, 7 rods?, ½ acre and 1 acre in the same.

Memorandum by William Onslowe of London, Gent., that he has agreed with William Downinge, Gent., on behalf of John Fiske of Norton, to accept £30 in satisfaction of all suits and arrears, has received bills penal from Fiske and Downinge, and that upon release by Fiske to Onslowe, John Harpan, John Sharpe, will make a release to Fiske
